About this document
What it is for, what UAE law expects and when to ask a lawyer instead.
What is a Vendor Agreement?
The master terms between a buyer and a regular supplier. Individual purchase orders sit under it, so every order carries the same delivery, quality and payment rules.
Why a UAE version
It deals with VAT, post-dated cheques, Incoterms for Jebel Ali deliveries and the UAE Commercial Transactions Law, which otherwise fills the gaps in your favour or against you.
When you need a lawyer
Exclusive supply, minimum purchase commitments, tooling owned by one side or supply into a regulated sector (food, medical, defence) need bespoke drafting.
