Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you use rilaih.com, create an account, or order any service or document from Rilaih. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of them. By using the website, creating an account, accepting a quote or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Rilaih is a trading name of Thinkron FZC, Dubai, UAE ("Rilaih", "we", "us"). The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

If we give you a written quote, proposal or engagement letter, its specific terms apply to that service and take priority over these terms where the two differ.

2. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Anyone under 18 may not register an account or buy from us. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms, and both you and the company are bound by them.

We do not provide services to, or accept payments from, sanctioned persons, entities or countries, as section 7 explains.

3. Our services

We help people and businesses with:

  • company formation in UAE free zones and on the mainland, and licence renewals and amendments
  • residency and visas
  • corporate bank account opening
  • accounting, tax and VAT
  • legal services, financial consultation and crypto advisory, delivered through licensed professionals
  • our document builder, templates and document review

Information on our website, including fees, timelines and requirements, is general and can change, because authorities and banks change their rules. It is not an offer. A price or timeline is only binding once we confirm it to you in a written quote or at checkout.

4. What we are not

  • We are not a law firm. Where a service needs a licensed lawyer, auditor or financial adviser, a licensed professional we work with provides it, and their own terms may also apply.
  • We are not a government authority or a bank. Licences, visas, approvals and bank accounts are decided by the relevant authority or bank. We cannot guarantee the outcome or how long it takes.
  • We do not give investment advice. Crypto assets are high risk and regulated. Crypto advisory is general guidance on setup and regulation, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you pay online, accept a quote or ask us to start work, you are offering to buy that service. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which we do by confirming it in writing or by starting the work. Receiving your payment, or an automatic confirmation email, does not on its own mean we have accepted your order. If we do not accept it, we refund your payment as our Refund Policy describes.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless they say otherwise.
  • If a price on our website or in a quote is wrong because of an obvious error, we are not bound by it. We will tell you the correct price, and you can choose to go ahead or to receive a refund as our Refund Policy describes.
  • If you change what you need after we accept your order, the price and timeline may change. We will confirm any change with you first.

6. Our right to refuse, suspend or cancel

We choose the clients and matters we work on. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any enquiry, order or client, and to suspend or cancel any order, service or account at any stage, including after we have accepted your order or started work. For example, we may do so if:

  • you do not complete our identity, due diligence or compliance checks, or we are not satisfied with the results
  • information or documents you give us are false, incomplete, forged or misleading, or we cannot verify them
  • we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, tax evasion or any other unlawful activity
  • you, your company, or any of its shareholders, beneficial owners or managers is subject to sanctions, is connected with a sanctioned country, or presents a risk we are not prepared to accept
  • the business activity is unlawful or high risk, or is one we do not support
  • an authority, free zone, bank or licensed professional declines to work with you or on the matter
  • you do not pay on time, or you dispute or reverse a payment without contacting us first
  • you are abusive, threatening or disrespectful towards our team or our partners
  • you break these terms
  • continuing would breach the law, an instruction from an authority or our professional obligations, or would harm our reputation
  • we can no longer provide the service, for example because of our capacity or a change in the rules

We do not have to give reasons. Sometimes the law forbids us from explaining a decision, for example where doing so would reveal a report we have made to the authorities.

If we cancel, we will tell you in writing. What happens to your payment depends on the reason, as our Refund Policy explains. Apart from any refund due under that policy, we are not liable for any loss caused by refusing, suspending or cancelling an order, service or account.

7. Identity checks (KYC) and compliance

As a provider of corporate and legal services in the UAE, we must follow the UAE's anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing and sanctions laws. We therefore carry out know-your-customer (KYC) and due diligence checks before and during our work with you. We decide what we need, and we may ask for:

  • identity documents, such as passports, Emirates ID, visas and photographs, and proof of address
  • company documents, and details of shareholders, directors, managers and ultimate beneficial owners
  • information about the source of your funds and wealth, your business activity and the countries you deal with
  • certified, notarised, attested or translated copies, or the originals
  • a video call or meeting to confirm your identity

You also agree that:

  • we may use identity verification and screening tools, and check you against UAE, United Nations and other sanctions lists and public records
  • we may repeat these checks at any time while we work with you, for example when the rules change or when something about you or your business changes
  • we may pause work until the checks are complete. Delays caused by checks do not entitle you to a refund or compensation
  • where the law requires, we report suspicious activity to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit, and the law forbids us from telling you that we have done so
  • if the law requires us to freeze or withhold funds, we will do so, and we cannot return them until the law allows
  • we keep KYC records for as long as UAE law requires, even after our work ends or you close your account

We do not deal with, or provide services to, any person, entity or country subject to sanctions under UAE law or United Nations Security Council resolutions. We may also decline where United States (OFAC), European Union or United Kingdom sanctions apply.

8. Fees and payment

  • Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless we say otherwise. VAT is charged where it applies.
  • Payment is due in full and in advance unless your quote says otherwise. We start work once your payment has cleared.
  • Government, free zone, bank and other third-party fees are separate from our fee unless your quote says they are included. Those parties set them and can change them without notice. If they change before we pay them, you pay the new amount.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We also accept bank transfers. You pay any bank or transfer charges, so that we receive the full amount.
  • We accept payment only from you or your company. We may refuse or return a payment made by anyone else.
  • If you pay late, we may pause work, and hold back applications and documents we have prepared, until you have paid in full. You also pay the reasonable costs of recovering any unpaid amount.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Our Refund Policy explains when you can get money back. In short:

  • payments are not refundable once we have started work
  • government and third-party fees are not refundable once we have paid them
  • documents from our document builder are not refundable once generated
  • refunds are paid only to the original payment method, less an administration charge, VAT and payment processing charges

10. Your responsibilities

  • Give us information and documents that are accurate, complete and genuine, and tell us promptly if anything changes. You are responsible for the consequences of wrong or missing information, including rejected applications, fines and delays.
  • Reply to our requests in good time. If you do not respond, or do not give us what we need, for 60 days, we may close your file as our Refund Policy explains.
  • Complete the identity and compliance checks described in section 7.
  • Use our services only for lawful business, and carry on only the activities your licence allows.
  • Check every document we prepare for you before you sign or submit it.
  • After your company is set up, keep it compliant (licence and visa renewals, beneficial ownership and other filings, corporate tax and VAT registration and returns) unless you have engaged us to do that for you.

11. Permission to act for you

You authorise us, and the licensed professionals we work with, to prepare and submit applications, forms and documents to authorities, free zones and banks on your behalf, to communicate with them about your matter, and to share with them the information they need. Where an authority or bank needs a power of attorney or another signed document, you agree to provide it.

12. Timelines

Timelines we give are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on authorities, banks and other third parties, and on you giving us what we need on time. A delay does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

13. Your account

You can sign in with email and password or with Google. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account as section 6 describes.

14. Document builder and templates

Documents from our builder are generated from standard templates and the answers you give. They are not advice on your particular situation. You are responsible for checking a document suits your needs before you use it, and for complex or high-value matters we recommend having a lawyer review it.

A document is delivered as soon as it is generated or made available for you to download. Once you have paid for a document, you may use, edit and copy it for your own purposes and your business's. You may not resell or republish our templates.

15. Your information and content

You keep ownership of the information and files you give us. You allow us to store and use them to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you give us other people's details, such as shareholders, directors, employees or family members, you confirm you are allowed to share them with us for that purpose.

16. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website or our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading
  • give false information or documents, or impersonate anyone
  • copy or scrape the website or our templates with automated tools
  • try to break into, overload or interfere with our systems, or upload malicious code
  • harass, abuse or threaten our team or our partners

17. Our content

The website, our brand, our templates and our content belong to Rilaih or the people who licensed them to us. You may view them for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse them except as these terms allow.

18. Third parties

Authorities, banks, licensed professionals, payment providers and other third parties act under their own rules and terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, fees, delays or services.

19. Our liability

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for:

  • decisions of authorities, banks or other third parties, including rejected applications and declined accounts
  • delays caused by third parties, or by information or documents that are missing, late or wrong
  • changes in law, government policy or third-party fees
  • refusing, suspending or cancelling an order, service or account under section 6
  • indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, business, opportunities or data

Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fee you paid us for that service, not counting government or third-party fees. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability, or any consumer right, that cannot be limited under UAE law.

20. Your liability to us

You will cover our losses and reasonable costs, including fines, penalties and legal fees, if a claim is made against us or we suffer loss because you gave us false information or documents, broke these terms or used our services unlawfully.

21. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failing to perform, or for delays, caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include changes in law or government policy, outages or suspensions of authority or bank systems, public holidays, epidemics, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, and power or internet failures. We may pause a service while such an event continues.

22. Ending a service

You can cancel an order or stop a service at any time by telling us in writing. You pay for work already done and any third-party fees already incurred, and our Refund Policy decides whether any money is returned. We can end a service as section 6 describes.

23. How we communicate

We communicate by email and WhatsApp, and by phone where helpful. We may act on instructions sent from the email address or phone number you gave us, so keep them secure. A notice we send to your email address counts as received when we send it. Agreements made electronically, including by ticking a box or paying online, are binding.

24. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

25. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. When we do, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders and clients by email before it takes effect. An order you have already placed stays under the terms that applied when you placed it, unless a change is needed to comply with the law.

26. General

  • If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, and we may use licensed professionals and subcontractors to provide our services. You may not transfer your rights without our written agreement.
  • These terms, your quote, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about our services.
  • If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.

27. Contact us

For any question about these terms, email contact@rilaih.com or WhatsApp +971 50 481 7082.
