SERVICE AGREEMENT

between Al Noor Trading LLC and Meridian Consulting FZ-LLC

1. Services

1.1 The Provider shall perform the Services described in Schedule 1 with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the timetable agreed in writing between the parties.

1.2 The Client shall provide the information and access the Provider reasonably requires to perform the Services.

2. Fees and payment

2.1 The Client shall pay each invoice within ~~thirty (30)~~ fourteen (14) days of receipt. Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate.

2.2 Late payment bears interest at the rate set out in Schedule 2 from the due date until payment in full.

3. Term and termination

3.1 This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier under clause 3.2.

3.2 Either party may terminate on sixty (60) days' written notice to the other.

A licensed legal professional. On every fixed-price drafting service a person reads, drafts and signs off the document. AI is used only inside the subscription legal desk, where you run it yourself.

How long does it take?

It depends on the package and the turnaround you choose. Standard is two working days for most documents; expedited and same-day options are shown at checkout with their surcharge.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The pricing page lists each document at a fixed AED price. The total, including turnaround, platform fee and VAT, is shown before you pay, and nothing is added without your agreement.

What if my document needs a different package?

Your lawyer tells you once the file is picked up, before doing any extra work, and quotes the difference.

Can I use a standard agreement instead?

Yes. Forty UAE agreements are on the templates page, ready to complete and download without a lawyer, if the deal is straightforward.

Do you negotiate with the other side?
